Invoice Export

This report displays each of the fields below to enable a review of all vehicles that are currently on fleet and available for hire. This report may be run for a particular rental location/branch or for all locations/branches. This report displays to the form.

To export invoices:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.

    The Vehicle Rentals menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Reports & enquiries option.

    The Reports and Enquiries menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Invoice export option.

    The Invoice Export form is displayed.

  4. Complete the form to indicate which invoices you want to export.

  5. Select the OK button.

Invoice Export form

The Invoice Export form is displayed when the Invoice export option is selected from the Reports and Enquiries menu.

Export facility: The [...] button should be used to look up the required export format code to be generated for the export.

Description: Displays the description associated with the required export code.

PC directory: The directory name for where the file is to be exported to on the local PC e.g. C:\TMP

Start date: The two date fields allow a date period to be entered so that the system can export invoices created between given dates. The start date of the period.

Finish date: The two date fields allow a date period to be entered so that the system can export invoices created between given dates. The end date of the period.

Account number: The Sales Ledger account for which the invoices are applicable. The [...] button can be used to locate the required account code or it can simply be input manually.

All companies: A checkbox which, if ticked, means that the system is to search for invoices matching the input selection criteria in all Vehicle Rental companies (if used in a multiple company rental operation); leave blank to search the current run-time company only.

COMMAND BUTTONS:

OK: Compiles and prints the report to the currently selected printer.

Cancel: Returns to the Reports and Enquiries menu.

Help: Displays online context-sensitive help on the current application in the default browser.
