As with all modules a number of standard reports are provided with the system. In addition to these, user-definable reports, enquiries, charts, graphs and data transfer to spread sheets are possible with the aid of report generator and ad-hoc enquiries, the facilities of which are covered in a separate help system.
All that is covered in this help file are the standard reports provided with Vehicle Rentals.
The Reports & Enquiries menu is displayed when the Reports and enquiries option is selected from the Vehicle Rentals menu.
Tip: All of these reports can be run at any time, on request. Therefore if a number of reports are required in any one day, it may be worthwhile to build them into an Timed Operations run; this avoids tying up valuable terminal resource.
