This report displays each of the fields below to enable a review of all vehicles that are on the rental fleet and have a Road Fund Licence due to expire in the next year or so. This report may be run for a particular rental location/branch or for all locations/branches. This report displays to the form.
RFL reminder report:
From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.
The Vehicle Rentals menu is displayed.
Select the Reports & enquiries option.
The Reports and Enquiries menu is displayed.
Select the RFL reminder option.
The RFL reminder report form is displayed.
Complete the selection criteria on the form.
Select the OK button.
The report is compiled and a report status is displayed.
Click the Close button.
The report is printed to the currently selected printer and you are returned to the Reports and Enquiries menu.
The RFL reminder report form is displayed when the RFL reminder report option is selected from the Reports and Enquiries menu.
Due in which month (01-12): : Enables the month in which RFLs are due to be carried out.
Select one of the following radio buttons:
Current year:
The mutually exclusive option buttons enables the year in which RFLs are due to be carried out; select this option/radio button for the current year.Next year: The mutually exclusive option buttons enables the year in which Services/MOTs are due to be carried out; select this option/radio button for the following year. This is particularly useful at year end.
Location req'd: If the report is required for a particular rental location/branch then the 3 digit Location code should be entered within this field; else, leave blank to view a report for all locations.
COMMAND BUTTONS:
OK: Compiles and prints the report to the currently selected printer.
Cancel: Returns to the Reports and Enquiries menu.
Help: Displays online context-sensitive help on the current application in the default browser.
Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler.
Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group.
