Vehicle Statistics

This report displays each of the fields below to enable a review of year-to-date vehicle utilisation for all vehicles on the rental fleet with regard to whether they have been out on hire, unavailable for use (because they have been in the Workshop for example) or simply not hired.. This report may be run for a particular rental location/branch or for all locations/branches. This report displays to the form.

To print a vehicle statistics report:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Vehicle rentals option and Company required.

    The Vehicle Rentals menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Reports & enquiries option.

    The Reports and Enquiries menu is displayed.

  3. Select the Vehicle statistics option.

    The Vehicle statistics form is displayed.

  4. Enter the Period and Location req'd.

  5. Select the OK button.

    The report is compiled and a report status is displayed.

  6. Select the Close button.

    The report is printed to the currently selected printer and you are returned to the Reports and Enquiries menu.

Vehicle Statistics form

The Vehicle statistics form is displayed when the Vehicle statistics option is selected from the Reports and Enquiries menu. From this form a Vehicle Statistics report may be displayed on form.

Period: The year to date period e.g. 1 denotes this period, 2 denotes the previous period, 3 denotes the period before that, etc.

Location req'd: If the report is required for a particular rental location/branch then the 3 digit Location code should be entered within this field; else, leave blank to view a report for all locations.

COMMAND BUTTONS:

OK: Compiles and prints the report to the currently selected printer.

Cancel: Returns to the Reports and Enquiries menu.

Help: Displays online context-sensitive help on the current application in the default browser.

Schedule: Displays the Timed Operations scheduler.

Add to batch: Displays an Add report to batch form in which a report may be batched for printing in a report group.
