Incident Details

The Incident details screen displays and enables the maintenance of vehicle, customer, company, suppliers, incident events and links to the known vehicle/customer/company.

Incident Details Form

This form is displayed when you click Incident management > Incident Management.> New FileNew.gif or Open FileOpen_000.gif toolbar buttons.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

File > Exit Exit.gif Return to the Incident Management form.
File > Save Save.gif Save the maintained incident details.
File > Delete Delete.gif Delete the current incident details.

Event > Create new event FileNew.gif Create a new incident event.

File > Point of Sale Mileage.gif Access the Point-of-Sales system.
File > Administration Convert2.gif Access the Autoline administration system.

Review > Incident history Mileage.gif Displays the Incident Management form for the selected vehicle.
Review > Review case file Convert2.gif Review the vehicle case file.
Review > Review CRM Vehicle details Mileage.gif View the CRM vehicle.
Review > Services Convert2.gif Review service details.

TABS:

Main Tab

Note: The main tab contains details of the vehicle, customer, incident and supplier.

Vehicle Details

Registration No: Indicates the registration number of the vehicle.

Vehicle loaded:

Type of load:

Driver name: Indicates the name of the vehicle driver.

Phone: Indicates the prime contact phone number.

Customer/Company Details

Name: Name of the customer or company that own the vehicle based upon the CRM system.

Contact: Name of the contact within the Customer or Company from CRM.

Phone: Phone number of the customer / Company contact.

Fax: Fax number of the customer / Company contact.

Incident Details

Location: Free text description of where the incident occurred.

Type: Indicates the Incident type.

Fault description: Free text description of the incident.

Status: Status of the incident

Number: Display of the unique incident record.

Date: Creation date of the incident.

Time: Creation time of the incident.

Odometer: Odometer reading of the vehicle.

Location: Indicates the location area handling the incident.

Supplier Details 1

Name: Name of supplier.

Contact: Contact name at the supplier.

Phone: Phone number of the contact.

Fax: FAX number of the contact.

Supplier Details 2

Name: Name of supplier.

Contact: Contact name at the supplier.

Phone: Phone number of the contact.

Fax: FAX number of the contact.

Events Tab

Note: The events tab lists all of the incident events associated with the vehicle holds the vehicle details and the customer links.

Events List

Created: Display of the date the incident was created.

Time: Display of the time the incident was created.

By: Display of the ID of the user who created the incident.

Event Type: Display of the incident Event type

Event Action: Display of the Event that needs to be actioned next.

Notes: Display of the incident event text.

Last Updated: Date the incident was last updated.

Time: Time the incident was last updated.

By: Display of the ID of the user who last updated the incident.

Follow-up: Date the incident should be followed-up.

Time: Time the incident should be followed-up.

By: Display of the ID of the user who should follo-up this incident.

Action: Follow-up action to be taken.

Links Tab

Note: The links tab lists details of incident, suppliers and WIPs associated with the current incident.

Links to

Other links: Enables the selection and association of the current incident with up to 4 other incidents.

Supplier account: Enables the selection and association of the incident with a supplier.

WIp number: Enables the selection and association of the incident with a Point-of-Sales WIP.

Notes

This is a free text data entry area for notes and special instructions.

Created

Date: Displays the date the incident was created.

Time: Displays the time the incident was created.

User ID: Displays the ID of the user who created the incident was created.

Lasted Edited

Date: Displays the date the incident was last edited.

Time: Displays the time the incident was last edited.

User ID: Displays the ID of the user who last edited the incident was created.

Follow-up

Date: Displays the date the incident follow-up is due to be actioned.

Time: Displays the time the incident follow-up is due to be actioned.

User ID: Displays the ID of the user who should action the follow-up.

Action: Displays the system code of the proposed follow-up.

View Event Details

  1. Clicking an event within the Event list area displays the Event Details Form with the datya fields pre-populated from the selected event.

Create New Incident Event

  1. Clicking the Create new event FileNew.gif toolbar button displays a blank Event Details Form.
