Vehicle Details
Registration No: Indicates the registration number of the vehicle.
Vehicle loaded:

Driver name: Indicates the name of the vehicle driver.
Phone: Indicates the prime contact phone number.
Customer/Company Details
Name: Name of the customer or company that own the vehicle based upon the CRM system.
Contact: Name of the contact within the Customer or Company from CRM.
Phone: Phone number of the customer / Company contact.
Fax: Fax number of the customer / Company contact.

Incident Details
Location: Free text description of where the incident occurred.
Type: Indicates the Incident type.
Fault description: Free text description of the incident.
Status: Status of the incident
Number: Display of the unique incident record.
Date: Creation date of the incident.
Time: Creation time of the incident.
Odometer: Odometer reading of the vehicle.
Location: Indicates the location area handling the incident.
Supplier Details 1
Name: Name of supplier.
Contact: Contact name at the supplier.
Phone: Phone number of the contact.
Fax: FAX number of the contact.
Supplier Details 2
Name: Name of supplier.
Contact: Contact name at the supplier.
Phone: Phone number of the contact.
Fax: FAX number of the contact.
Note: The events tab lists all of the incident events associated with the vehicle holds the vehicle details and the customer links.
Events List
Created: Display of the date the incident was created.
Time: Display of the time the incident was created.
By: Display of the ID of the user who created the incident.Event Type: Display of the incident Event typeEvent Action: Display of the Event that needs to be actioned next.
Notes: Display of the incident event text.
Last Updated: Date the incident was last updated.
Time: Time the incident was last updated.
By: Display of the ID of the user who last updated the incident.
Follow-up: Date the incident should be followed-up.
Time: Time the incident should be followed-up.
By: Display of the ID of the user who should follo-up this incident.
Action: Follow-up action to be taken.

Supplier account: Enables the selection and association of the incident with a supplier.
WIp number: Enables the selection and association of the incident with a Point-of-Sales WIP.

This is a free text data entry area for notes and special instructions.

Date: Displays the date the incident was created.
Time: Displays the time the incident was created.
User ID: Displays the ID of the user who created the incident was created.
Lasted Edited
Date: Displays the date the incident was last edited.
Time: Displays the time the incident was last edited.
User ID: Displays the ID of the user who last edited the incident was created.
Follow-up
Date: Displays the date the incident follow-up is due to be actioned.
Time: Displays the time the incident follow-up is due to be actioned.
User ID: Displays the ID of the user who should action the follow-up.
Action: Displays the system code of the proposed follow-up.
Clicking an event within the Event list area displays the Event Details Form with the datya fields pre-populated from the selected event.
Clicking the Create new event toolbar button displays a blank Event Details Form.
