This form is displayed if there are any errors within the Post Workshop Transfer batch process. It displays a relevant error message and provides the registration and approval number so that the approval may be re-analysed and re-posted.
This form is split into three parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
This area of the form contains fields relevant to the batch posting error. These fields are as follows:
A unique sequential number identifying the approval error e.g. 2095
Contains the registration number held against the approval e.g. R770PDP
The approval number of the offending maintenance repair item within the batch e.g. 402
Displays the relevant code and reason why the maintenance repair item has been rejected e.g. (87) The repair date has not been entered. Posting not allowed.
Acknowledges the error and proceeds. The following two options are now displayed:
- Abort
Returns to the Post Workshop Transfer form. A Batch Summary form is now displayed.
- Continue Validation Only
Continues to validate the remaining maintenance repair items. A Batch Summary form is displayed upon completion of the process.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.
