Selection of the Post Workshop Transfer option from the Maintenance Control Main Menu opens the Post Workshop Transfer form which posts outstanding approvals originally created by the Workshop Transfer process.
Note: This option is only used by leasing companies utilising the Point of Sale module. The Workshop Transfer process updates the maintenance history of a vehicle with any work that is carried out within Point of Sale workshops for which an approval has not been raised. This is achieved by transferring the maintenance details from Point of Sale workshops into the Fleet System by creating maintenance approvals and posting them automatically.
Warning: Approvals that fail to validate for any reason remain in this batch until they are successfully re-analysed.
