Selection of the Workshop Transfer option from the Maintenance Control Main Menu opens the Workshop Transfer form form. This process updates the maintenance history of a vehicle with any work that is carried out within Point of Sale for which an approval has not been raised. This is achieved by transferring the maintenance details from Point of Sale workshops into the Fleet System by creating maintenance approvals and posting them automatically.

The content of the Workshop Transfer menu bar is as follows:
Exit
Exits the form to the Maintenance Control Main Menu without initiating a transfer.
Transfer
Initiates the transfer of maintenance work that is carried out within Point of Sale workshops for which an approval has not been raised.
