The Tab provides general information regarding the selected vehicle and also displays contract details. The Tab remains visible for many maintenance operations precluding the need for the maintenance controller to switch forms in order to access general information. The form includes the following details.
To access the Approvals Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the Contract Management option.
The Contract Management form is displayed.
Select the 
icon.
The Contract Search form is displayed.
Enter the appropriate information to locate the required agreement.
Select the 
icon.
The Approvals Tab covers the top half of the form and is automatically populated with the appropriate data taken from the Contract Search form.
the following fields are contained within the Approvals Tab:
Vehicle: The full vehicle variant description.
Driver: The driver i.e. the customer record attached to the agreement/vehicle. The driver may be attached to the agreement via the Change Driver option in the Tools Menu within the Agreement.
Product: The description for the product used within the agreement e.g. Contract Hire With Maintenance.
Term: The period of hire e.g. 36 (months)
Start Date: The agreement start date.
End Date: The expected agreement end date.
Days Remaining: The expected number of days remaining for the current contract.
Registered: The registration date of the selected vehicle.
RFL: The Road Fund Licence renewal date.
MOT renewal: The MOT renewal date.
Relief: Relief Vehicle Cover Type e.g. 24 Hour Mechanical & Acc
RFL Type: The selected Road Fund Licence type e.g. RFL Capitalised.
Motor Club: Motor Club Cover Type e.g. AA Roadside Assistance & Homestart
Last Service: The date on which the vehicle was last serviced. This field is populated after the servicing approval item is posted.
At: The odometer reading taken for when the vehicle was last serviced. This field is populated after the servicing approval item is posted.
Ext Warranty: Extended warranty start date
Warranty End: Extended warranty expiry date.
