Recall Maintenance History

Overview

The Recall Maintenance History option is recalls the approval to the Maintenance Item Line Grid in the primary maintenance form.

To access the History Recall form:

  1. From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.

    The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.

  2. Select the Contract Management option.

    The Contract Management form is displayed.

  3. Select the Open icon.

    The Contract Search form is displayed.

  4. Enter the appropriate information to locate the required agreement.

  5. Select the Edit icon.

  6. Select the (maintenance.gif) shortcut from the menu on the left of the form.

  7. Select the History Tab.

  8. Single-right-click on any maintenance history row and select the Recall option.

Once recalled, a further single-right-click displays a pop-up sub-menu containing the following three options:

Create: This option displays the Issue Approval form that enables a new approval to be created.

Amend: This option displays the currently selected approval within the Issue Approval form so that the existing approval details may be edited.

Delete: Prompts Are you sure you want to delete this approval?. If the Yes command button is selected the approval is deleted from the Maintenance Item Line Grid. When the agreement is saved, the approval item is also removed from the History Tab.
