Accessed by way of the Fleet Kompact / Contract Management and selection of the Progress Tab from the Order forms.
Within the Order Tab a single-right-click displays a pop-up sub-menu from which the Progress option may be selected. This then displays the Progress form which enables selection of progress codes to progress the order of individual specification items for the ordered vehicle. The status of all progress records are then subsequently displayed in this tab.
The Progress Tab Grid contains the following fields:
The full individual specification item description e.g. Satellite Navigation.
The progress code enabling the current status of the selected specification item to be tracked during purchasing e.g. DELA, etc. The progress code is initially selected via the Progress form.
The full item description associated with the progress code e.g. Delayed.
The date on which the selected progress item is due for completion.
The user id of the person responsible for completing the progress task.
A notes icon is contained in this column if notes are held against the progress item.
The current status of the progess item. A post-it icon is contained in this column if the progress item is outstanding or overdue. A tick is displayed if the progress item is complete.
