Displays a wizard form which that prompts for selection of the required details to terminate an agreement such as the selection of a termination type e.g. Normal.
What do you want to do?
The following step by step process should be followed:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet Kompact option and Company required.
The Kestrel Kompact Menu is displayed.
Select the Contract Management option.
The Contract Management form is displayed.
Select the 
icon.
The Contract Search form is displayed.
Enter the appropriate information to locate the required agreement.
Select the 
icon.
Select the 
shortcut.
The Contract Management form is presented displaying the Termination Tabs.
Select the 
icon (or the Terminate Contract option from the Tools menu).
The Termination Type form is displayed.
This form is split into three parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Termination Type Dialogue Box contains the following series of mutually exclusive option buttons from which the appropriate termination type should be selected:
Normal: To be selected if the agreement is to be terminated normally on the original agreement end date.
Early: To be selected if the agreement is to be terminated prior to the original agreement end date. A further Early Termination form is then displayed allowing entry of the date on which the agreement is to be terminated and calculating the early termination charge.
COMMAND BUTTONS
The following command buttons are available within this form:
Back: Currently disabled at this point, the Back command button is only enabled following selection of the Early termination option button.
Finish: Confirms the selected termination type. The agreement is moved to a status of Terminated and the form is placed into Edit mode so that the appropriate termination charges, dates and odometer readings may be entered.
Cancel: Exits the termination type wizard.
