Accessed by way of the Contract Review form followed by selection of
either Audit Log from the View Menu or the
icon from the Toolbar.
This presents the Fleet Audit Log form which displays audited events for the
selected agreement and the user id of the person who carries them out.
The type of events that appear in the log are user-definable and may be altered at any time the system is operational. The activation of available audited events takes place within the Contract Audit form in Quotations within the Environment module.
This form is split into three parts that are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of other useful identification criteria and buttons.
The Fleet Audit Log Dialogue Box contains an Audit Grid for displaying audited events for the selected agreement and displays the following columns of information:
A description of the audited event e.g. Order Created, Amend Registration, etc.
The date on which the audited event is carried out and recorded on the system.
The time on which the audited event is carried out and recorded on the system.
The user id of the person who has carried out the selected event e.g. kcc123.
A double-left-click of the mouse on any row within the grid presents an Audit Log Details form for a more detailed review of any audited event within the grid.
