MAINTENANCE COST DATA REVIEW (SERVICE ITEMS TAB)

Overview

Selection of the Maintenance Costs option from the Review Menu within Maintenance Control or the icon from the Toolbar opens the Maintenance Cost Data Review form. This form contains all of the maintenance cost data and service profiles imported via the Upload Maintbook Data option within Miscellaneous Options. The Service Items Tab should then be selected to review the service item costs and service periods for the selected vehicle.

Maintenance Cost Data Review (Service Item Tab)

Upon entry to the tab, the following fields are displayed for review purposes only:

• Sump Capacity

The sump capacity (in litres) for an oil change.

• Oil Type

The type of oil to be used during an oil change.

• Oil Filter Cost

The cost for a replacement oil filter

• Oil Filter Mileage

The service period mileage at which the oil filter should be replaced.

• Fuel Filter Cost

The cost for a replacement fuel filter

• Fuel Filter Miles

The service period mileage at which the fuel filter should be replaced.

• Air Filter Cost

The cost for a replacement air filter

• Air Filter Miles

The service period mileage at which the air filter should be replaced.

• Pollen Filter Cost

The cost for a replacement pollen filter

• Pollen Filter Miles

The service period mileage at which the pollen filter should be replaced.

• Spark Plug Cost

The cost for a replacement spark plug.

• Oil Filter Miles

The service period mileage at which the spark plugs should be replaced.

• Wiper Blades Front

The cost for replacement front wiper blades

• Wiper Blades Rear

The cost for replacement rear wiper blades

• Cambelt Cost

The cost for a replacement cambelt.

• Cambelt Hours

• Cam Belt Repl Mileage

The service period mileage at which the cam belt should be replaced.

• Cam Belt Spread

• Air Con recharge

The charge for servicing the air conditioning of the vehicle.

• Air Con Life

The estimates life of the air conditioning unit of the vehicle.
