MAINTENANCE COST DATA REVIEW (SERVICE TAB)

Overview

Selection of the Maintenance Costs option from the Review Menu within Maintenance Control or the icon from the Toolbar opens the Maintenance Cost Data Review form. This form contains all of the maintenance cost data and service profiles imported via the Upload Maintbook Data option within Miscellaneous Options. The Service Tab should then be selected to review the service details for the selected vehicle.

Maintenance Cost Data Review (Service Tab)

Upon entry to the tab, the following fields are displayed for review purposes only:

• Time Interval (Months)

The interval between services (in months)

• Mileage Interval

The interval between services (in miles).

• Variable Servicing

• Free Servicing

A Y denotes that there is some free servicing for this vehicle.

• Free Service Mileage

• Free Service Months

• Service Grid 1

• Service Code

• Interval

• Hours

• Cost R1

• Cost R2

• Cost R3

• Cost R4

• Cost R5

• National Ave

• Extras

• Profile

• Mileage/Time Service Grid Option Button

Two mutually exclusive option buttons which determine if the Service Grid 2 is displayed in mileage or time increments.

• Service Grid 2

• Standard

The standard service interval. This is displayed in mileage (if the Mileage Service Grid Option Button is selected or months if the Time Service Grid Option Button is selected.

• Type

Displays Miles (if the Mileage Service Grid Option Button is selected or Months if the Time Service Grid Option Button is selected.

• Code

• Extra Time

• Oil Filter

• Fuel Filter

• Air Filter

• Pollen Filter

• Spark Plugs
