Selection of Maintenance Profile from the View Menu (or alternatively
selection of the 
icon) from
within the Contract Review form presents the
Maintenance Profile form. This enables a review of actual maintenance spend against the
budgeted maintenance profile for any given month within that profile.
The Maintenance Profile is set-up within Maintenance Control / Miscellaneous Options / Maintenance Profile Tables.
A vehicle is allocated against a specific maintenance profile via Maintenance Control / Miscellaneous Options / Maintenance Profile Tables.
This form is constituted of five elements, which are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
The content of the Maintenance Profile menu bar is as follows:
Exit
Exits the current form and returns to the Contract Review form.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.

The Maintenance Profile Dialogue Box contains the following a maintenance profile grid that compares the actual maintenance spend against the budgeted maintenance profile for any given month within that profile.
The selected month within the maintenance profile (up to 100 months may be allocated.
The budgeted value for maintenance spend within the associated month. This value is set within within Maintenance Control / Miscellaneous Options / Maintenance Profile Tables.
The actual maintenance spend within the month.
The status bar displays the Budget To-Date and Actual To-Date totals.
