Selection of Maintenance Profile Tables (accessed via Maintenance Control / Miscellaneous Options / Maintenance Profile Tables) presents the Maintenance Profile Tables form. This form is utilised to enable the maintenance budget to be allocated against a predetermined profile e.g. cetain leasing companies may have identified that a significant portion of their maintenance spend occurs in the second six month period of the contract and therefore set-up the profile table to reflect this fact.
This form is split into four parts, which are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
The maintenance profile table consists of a profile table a makeup details area and a series of commands buttons.
The maintenance profile table code. A single-left-click of the ellipsis button to the right of this field displays an Maintenance Profile Tables List Box that enables selection from the current available profiles. Having selected the required code by highlighting with the mouse, the OK command button is used to confirm this selection and return to the maintenance profile form.
The name of the maintenance profile table associated with the Table Code. This is a free-format ???? character field.
This grid contains the final calculated maintenance values to be used within the quotation or ratesbook. The values are derived from the Original (Import) Values Tab plus whatever adjustments are contained within the Adjustments Tab.
The Age/Mileage Grid is determined by the values defined within the Age/Mileage Tab within System Controls.
Each column header displays the appropriate age band e.g. 12Mths, 18 Mths, etc.
Each row header displays the appropriate mileage band e.g. 5000, 10000 miles per annum, etc.
Each cell within the grid holds an appropriate maintenance value for each age/mileage combination. The values in this tab can be edited via the same Grid Adjustment Sub-Menu used within the Adjustments Tab.

A number of command buttons are available. Some buttons are context sensitive and are greyed-out and only become available dependent upon the particular process that is being accessed. The full list of command buttons is as follows:
Exits the Maintenance Profile Tables form and returns to the Miscellaneous Options Menu.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.
Enables the creation of an additional Maintenance Profile Tables. Mutually exclusive option buttons allow this to be done in one of the two following ways:
- Blank
Used if a new Maintenance Profile Tables is to be set-up without utilising existing criteria.
- Copy
Copies the values within an existing "nearest match" Maintenance Profile Tables so that only required values need be edited.
Provides the facility for editing the set-up options of the current Maintenance Profile Tables record. No edits can be made to a record until the Amend button has been selected.
Deletes the currently selected Maintenance Profile Tables.
On first accessing the Maintenance Profile Tables form this command button is greyed-out. Following selection of the Amend button the Confirm option then becomes available to enable any edits to be confirmed.
On first accessing the Maintenance Profile Tables form this command button is greyed-out. Following selection of the Amend button the Cancel option then becomes available to enable any edits to be cancelled.
This is not a command button. This box is a way of displaying messages with regard to the status of the current record e.g. "Record Secured OK"
Selection of this button displays a further form that provides an Ad-hoc Report Generator for the creation of quick query reports to form.
Selection of this button displays a further form that provides an itemised display of all the selection criteria for the current Maintenance Profile Tables.
