Selection of the ellipsis (...) box directly to the right of the Options field displays an Options Review form. This form is used to locate, select or create the required options for a particular vehicle variant.
This form is split into six parts, which are as follows:
In addition to displaying the form name the Title Bar provides a number of useful buttons.
The contents of the Options Review menu bar is as follows:
- Cancel
Displays a pop-up box containing the message:
Cancelling this option will lose all changes made to the vehicle specification. Are you sure you wish to continue?
Selecting Yes effects a return to the primary Quotation form without saving amendments. Selecting No or Cancel leaves the user in the current form.
- Exit
Returns to the primary Quotation form saving any data amendments.
From within the Standard Options or Factory/Dealer Fit Options Tabs then this option is greyed-out; if, however, selected from within the Summary Tab then this option gives access to a Standard Options menu option. This may be toggled "On" or "Off". A single-left-click of the mouse places a
icon against the menu option which enables the display of all standard options in addition to factory/dealer fit options. A second single-left-click of the mouse removes the

From within the Standard Options or Factory/Dealer Fit Options Tabs then this option is greyed-out; if, however, selected from within the Summary Tab then this option becomes available. An Option Details form is presented for the creation of a new option.
- Opt Free Text
If more than one option is selected then the Option field within the primary Quotations form displays Multiple Items Selected. If, however, a more appropriate description is required then the Opt Free Text menu option may be used. Selection of this option displays a form which enables the entry of a 50 character user-defined text Description to encompass all of the options selected.There are two command buttons:
OK
Confirms the free format text description and, upon exit of the Options Review returns this description to the Options field within the primary Quotations form.
Cancel
Returns to the Options Review form without saving any changes.
Provides online access to a context sensitive Help form.

Upon entering the Options Review form while generating a "new" quote this tab displays all standard factory fitted options for the selected vehicle variant.
The area consists of two List Boxes - Factory Fitted and Dealer Fitted- displayed side by side. If a List Box contains more options than the box can display, the form displays a Scroll Bar which is operated in a number of ways:
The left- hand side of the form displays a List Box that displays all of the "Factory fitted" options available for the selected vehicle variant.
For each option the following data is displayed:
Tip: Clicking on the Description header displays a Sort Options menu that enables the options to be sorted in description order.
At the bottom of the List box is a Selection Totals line, totaling both the P11D and the List Price information.
The right- hand side of the form displays a List Box that displays all of the "Dealer fitted" accessories available for the selected vehicle variant.

Within both the Factory Fitted and the Dealer Fitted List Boxes clicking an option with the mouse selects the item. Following selection the font colour changes from black to red and a tick is placed to the left of the option.
Clicking upon a "selected" option with the mouse deselects the option. Following deselection the font colour reverts from red to black and the tick to the left of the option is removed.
On exiting the form, if only one option has been selected then the option description is returned to the Option field within the primary Quotations form. If more than one option is selected then the Option field within the primary Quotations form displays Multiple Items Selected.
This tab is only displayed if the Use colour/trim opts flag is selected within the General Tab of System Parameters.
This is contingent upon the colour and trim data option being provided from a 3rd party data supplier such as CAP and then being uploaded using the data import option within the franchise data module.
Provides a full textual description of the colour/trim option. Selection of this colour/trim places a tick next to the selection.
This form is largely for display purposes and summarises all option details. It is, however, possible to edit a number of fields.
For each option the following details are summarised:
Provides a full textual description of the vehicle option.
A tick denotes that this is a cash option i.e. this option was flagged as a cash item when selected within the quotation. It is therefore not included within the quotation calculation but may be seen on the quotation so that it is ordered and, when purchased, the system prompts for this item to be recharged to the customer.
Displays a single digit code indicating the status of a particular option for example, Factory Fit, Dealer Fit, Standard, etc.
The List Price of each option if applicable. This field can be edited for each option with a single-click of the mouse within the field and input of the required data.
The discount percentage available for each option. For each option, a single-left-click of the mouse within the field enables editing and input of the required data.This field can be edited for each option with a single-click of the mouse within the field and input of the required data.
The "On The Road" price for each option. This field can be edited for each option with a single-click of the mouse within the field and input of the required data.
The P11D price for each option.
At the bottom of the form is a Selection Totals line, totaling the List Price, OTR, P11D and Rental price information.
