The Generic colour codes form is displayed when the Generic colour codes option is selected from the DD Miscellaneous Option menu. In a multi-franchise environment, it can be used to group all red vehicles, as opposed to blue ones, green ones, black one, white ones, etc. Even in a single franchise environment, it can provide continuity across colour changes such as Rosso red being replaced by Ruby red, or Regency blue being replaced by Westminster blue, etc. In that way, using the generic colour code, vehicle park and sales analysis data across different specific colour or wheel base codes is possible.
Note: You may view the form is Column format by simply clicking on the Column button.
