The Conviction codes form is displayed when the Conviction codes option is selected from the MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu.
The fields on the Conviction Codes form are listed below:
Code: The file itself is very simple, it only carries an offence description to go with the offence code. To manage the file it is only necessary to create any new codes which are required and then apply a description to the code.
Description: This is the description of the driving offence being amended or created. The file will hold as many offence codes as required by the user, the system will already have over 65 codes created for you.
BUTTONS
Exit: Returns you to the MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu.
Help: Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
Cancel: This will abort the amendment process.
