This is a similar option to the one described previously for the Agreement defaults. However, the fields covered in this screen only affect the order fields.
Use the option in the same way as that described in the previous section and please remember the same rules apply when it comes to non-validation of field values, and there is no option but to save the changes when the user returns to the System maintenance menu after editing the defaults.
To access the Order defaults:
From the Rev. 8 Master menu, select the Daily rentals option and the company you require.
The DAILY RENTALS menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The DR SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the Order defaults option.
The Order defaults form is displayed.
