Enables the creation and editing of short user-defined data fields against the motor record.
To access the System Parameters Short Text Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.
The Fleet System Management menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Short Text Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Short Text Description Fields (x 20): A series of short memo text fields that may then be accessed via the Additional Data form accessed via the
icon (or Additional Vehicle Data option from the Tools menu) within Fleet Agreement Review.
For example, within the Description 1 field the user may enter Guarantor Terms; this then becomes a field called Guarantor Terms in the Short Text Tab of the Additional Data form.
