Enables the creation and editing of long user-defined data fields against the motor record.
To access the System Parameters Long Tab:
From the Master Menu, select the Fleet System Management option and Company required.
The Fleet System Management menu is displayed.
Select the System Maintenance option.
The System Maintenance menu is displayed.
Select the System Parameters option.
Select the Long Tab.
The following fields are displayed:
Long Text Description Fields (x 20): A series of long memo text fields that may then be accessed via the Additional Data form accessed via the
icon (or Additional Vehicle Data option from the Tools menu) within Fleet Agreement Review.
For example, within the Description 1 field the user may enter Guarantor Terms; this then becomes a field called Guarantor Terms in the Long Text Tab of the Additional Data form.
