Access to System controls is only available to priority 9 users, normally Autoline support personnel and Consultants.
Warning: The system controls must ONLY be changed under guidance from an Autoline consultant.
To access System Controls:
From the Master menu select the Management accounts option and the company you require.
The MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTS menu is displayed.
Select the System maintenance option.
The MA SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.
Select the System controls option.
The MA System Controls form is displayed.
This form is displayed when the System controls option is selected from the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
If they are accessed then a MA System Controls form provides the button options to Cancel without any further input, or to edit either the General tab and later Save.
The Management accounting module requires several sequence control numbers to be available for it to operate.
Next batch number for imported journals: Each imported journal is assigned a unique number when imported. This allows journals to be individually identified at point of posting because multiple journals may have been imported.
Accounting Period: The current accounting period.
BUTTONS
Help : Displays help on the current application using the default browser.
Cancel : Returns you to the SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu.
