Company Position Codes

This option allows you to amend or delete existing codes or create additional codes using a standard Autoline grid form. Further explanation of the functionality and use of the grid is available from the grid form link in related topics.

Company Positions Form

The Company Positions form is displayed when you select the Company positions codes option from the CRM Miscellaneous Options Menu. The company position appears on the customer record within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management). The code is entered in the field called Position and enables you to keep a record of position held by the individual with in their company.

Fields:

The Company position record has two fields that define the code, both fields appear on the customer record within the crm module.

Position: The position code is a three character identifier for the code that you are creating.

Description: This field allows up to twenty text characters describing the company position.
