The Display transfer details option is used to confirm the status of the links from the employee record to the payroll and human resources modules.
Standard functionality exists that allows you to display records.
To access Display transfer details
The Employee records password form is displayed.
Enter your employee records password.
The EMPLOYEE RECORDS menu is displayed.
Select the Miscellaneous options option.
The PE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu is displayed.
Select Display transfer details option.
The Transfer details form is displayed.
The transfer details form is displayed when you select the Display transfer details option from the PE MISCELLANEOUS OPTIONS menu.
The transfer details consists of one TAB only
Employee number: The individual number allocated to each employee.
Tip : Click the Ellipsis button
to search for an employee number from the employee records file by either a surname search or a word search.
Company identifier: The payroll company the selected employee works for. If there is only one employee for the employee number entered the payroll company will automatically be pre-filled otherwise you will next be asked to select the required employee which in turn will fill in the payroll company identifier.
Payroll type: The payroll type of the selected employee. Normally 'W' for Weekly or 'M' for Monthly.
Human resources record : This is set to Y to indicate if the employee has a human resources record.
Date transferred: The date the employee was transferred to the human resources leaver history.
Transferred to leavers: This is set to Y if the employee has been transferred to the human resources leaver history.
