Renault have an annual discount for selected promotion codes that is effective all year.
A facility exists on the Autoline system that enables you to set up and update the promotion codes and their associated discounts.
To access promotion codes:
Select the Trade partners/promotion codes option from the RENAULT OPERATIONS menu.
The Trade Partner maintenance menu is displayed.
The Promotion code form is displayed.
This form is displayed when you select the Promotion code maintenance option from the Trade Partner maintenance menu.
Promotion code: Renault-defined promotion code.
Trade partner: Standard trade price given to Trade Partners for parts. Enter the normal discount percentage specified by Renault for Trade Partners.
Secondary Network: Discount that you will pass on to other Renault dealers for parts. Enter the normal discount percentage specified by Renault for secondary network dealers.
Promo trade part dis: Renault issue special promotion codes that allow extra discount on parts. Enter the discount percentage for Trade Partners. This discount is normally set for the year.
Promotion secondary: Renault issue special promotion codes that allow extra discount on parts. Enter the extra discount percentage for secondary network dealers. This discount is normally set for the year.
Note: For promotion codes that are no longer part of a current promotion, reset the discount to 0.
Promotion name: Description of the promotion code.
