Customer concern codes are included in each task in a Point-of-Sale WIP record and are usually submitted with a claim. These codes represent categories of customer complaint and are normally determined by the parts supplier.

This form is displayed when you select the Customer concern codes option from the PGCS Claims Menu.
Note: It is unlikely that you will need to make changes to the customer concern codes file unless advised to do so by the parts supplier. Any changes you make will be overwritten next time the file is updated by the parts supplier.
