This menu is displayed when you select the PGCS menu option from the Renault Operations menu.
Access permissions, called priorities, as well as the setup of your system, determine whether a particular menu option is displayed. Each menu option is assigned a priority when the program is installed. Your administrator assigns each user a priority. Any menu option whose priority is higher than your own is omitted from the menu. Equally, you may not see a particular menu option because the menu is set up differently from that described in the help. If you think you need access to a menu option described in this help but it does not appear in the actual menu, check with your administrator.
Because every installation of Autoline is uniquely configured, your installation might not include all the options in this list.
Service and repair claims: Enables the display and maintenance of claim records.
Claim submissions: Enables the creation and transmission of claim files to the manufacturer or supplier.
Claim payments menu: Enables the display and maintenance of service and repair payments records.
Customer concern codes: Enables the display and maintenance of customer concern code records.
Product mapping: Enables the display and maintenance of product map records.
Claims report menu: Enables you to see or print a report with details of all warranty claims.
Look-up files menu: Enables the display, maintenance, uploading, and conversion of lookup files and other claim validation data.
Break WIP links to warranty: Enables you to mark selected claims as deleted, and remove all references to them in Point-of-Sale.
