The PGCS Lookup Files Menu is displayed when you select the Look-up files menu option from the PGCS Claims Menu. From this menu you can maintain and update lookup files.
Paint quality/categories: Enables you to display and maintain paint quality/categories (for instance acrylic, metallic).
Expenditure codes: Enables you to display and maintain expenditure codes.
Store parts expenditures: Enables you to display and maintain store parts expenditure codes.
Fault modes: Enables you to display and maintain fault modes.
Scope of PGCS: Enables you to display and maintain scope of PGCS codes.
Function groups: Enables you to display and maintain function groups.
Quotation codes: Enables you to display and maintain quotation codes.
Payee-labour rate mapping: Enables you to map and maintain payee and corresponding labour rates.
Suppliers: Enables you to display and maintain supplier codes.
Resubmission levels: Enables you to display and edit resubmission levels.
Update lookup files: Enables you to update lookup files.
Warranty maintenance: Enables you to set up Warranty cap maintenance.
