Product Mapping Form

This form is displayed when you select the Product mapping option from the PGCS Claims menu.

Product mapping files identify certain part numbers and enable the system to add that information to the claim, lubricants or tyres, for example.

Note: It is unlikely that you will need to make changes to product mapping files unless advised to do so by the parts supplier. Any changes you make will be overwritten the next time the file is updated by the parts supplier.

GRID:

Part/Labour?: L for labour or P for parts

RTScode/Partno: Scheduled labour code identifying the type of work carried out or the full part number

Code: Parts supplier's code

Reference: If the part/labour is an oil or lubricant, V indicates that it is packaged in bulk, B indicates that it is in a can.

Check Type: Not used

GRID RIGHT-CLICK MENU:

Create: Enables you to create a new line

Amend: Enables you to edit the selected line

Delete: Enables you to delete the selected line
