General tab:
Sales type: Manually enter the Sales types that are to be included in the historical analysis.
History days: Enter the number of days since a vehicle has been sold to be included in the historical analysis.
Note: Please note that any vehicle at A status with an INVOICED flag of N or blank will always be included in the extract.
Stock profile mandatory fields: Use the
drop down to select one of these options which determines what franchise data selection is mandatory when creating a Profile and when creating the Trade-in details in a Showroom Enquiry.
Franchise/Model/Model Analysis: A week is considered to start on a Monday and end on a Sunday. Franchise/Model: A week is considered to start on a Monday and end on a Sunday. Model Analysis: User defined dates can be entered.
Buttons:
Exit: Returns to the SR STOCK PROFILING MENU.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
Create: Use Blank to create another parameter for a company and enter all the relevant details. Or use the copy option to create a copy of an existing parameter and amend as required.
Amend: Allow to amend a loaded option.
Confirm: In amend or create mode this becomes Save.
Cancel: Only be enabled when in amend or create mode.
Delete: Click to delete a pre loaded option.
Message: Displays a message when in amend or when saving a record. For example, Record secured when in amend mode.
