Viewing Stock Profiles

View stock profiles is accessed via the Showroom > Miscellaneous Options > Stock Profiling menu and The Showroom main menu and is used to view Stock Profiles.

A Profile is the combination of a Period, Band and Vehicle information. The combined information is generated to create Historical Data that can be viewed in a Showroom Trade-in vehicle. The data in the Profile displays Historical Data and Current requirements based on the Periods and Bands previously created and linked to the profile.

Menu:

File > Exit Exit Returns you the previous screen.
Help > Help Help Displays this help page. Alternatively, press F1.

VSB Company: Select the required Vehicle Stockbook Company.

Location: Select the location related to the Stockbook Company.

Period: Select the required Period.

Note: When choosing a profile to view use the drop down to select the relevant entry from the results displayed.

Refresh: Click refresh at any point to update the currently selected profiles in the grid.

Show all bands: Click on this tick box to show all profile.

Grid:

The selected Profile is displayed in the grid.

Vehicle: A breakdown of the vehicle information. For example Franchise, Model and analysis code.

Band: Value of the band for this period. For example 7001.00 - 9000.00 and 10. 10 is the maximum number of vehicles entered when creating the profile.

Total : Total number of vehicles for all the profiles displayed.

Tip: By double clicking on the number of vehicles in the grid it is possible to change the required amount without having to go through the menu option Define Stock profiles.
