The Stock profiles form is accessed via the Trade-in function within a Showroom enquiry.
A Profile is the combination of a Period, Band and vehicle information. The combined information is generated to create Historical Data that can be viewed in a Showroom Trade-in vehicle.
The profile displays Stock requirements that are static figures and not the amount of vehicles still to be purchased to meet the profile's requirements. It also displays a Current stock level that the salesperson needs to compare against the Stock requirements to calculate the remaining vehicle requirements for this profile.
Note: The information displayed on a profile is statistical only. No action is taken by Autoline to stop vehicles being purchased if the Current stock level exceeds the Stock requirements.
The Profile displays Historical Data and Current requirements base on the Periods and Bands previously created and linked to the profile.
