Question routing connects all the previously entered information together to produce a routed set of questions, depending on the answer type in the survey questions.
Module: Use the
Drop-down button to select the required module.
Company: Use the Drop-down button to select the required company within the selected module.
Sales Type: Valid Sales type, example R retail.
Note: The sales type only relates to Vehicle sales process. It is blank and non-editable when Point-of-Sale is selected in the module.
Product/sequence: Use the Drop-down button to select the required product and sequence previously created. For example GAP1 relating to the first question in the product of GAP.
Response type: Use the Drop-down button to select the correct reason type based on the questions reason type. For example, if the question has a response type of Yes/No the drop-down list displays a Yes or No reason type.
Condition: Click the Drop-down button to select the required condition.
Reason code: Select the required reason code from the drop-down list, for example GAP1.
Tip Select none if no conditions or reasons apply.
Next product/sequence: Select the product and reason, for example GAP2.
Note: If no other product is in the sequence then select End survey.
Example of routing:
If the answer to question one is yes without any conditions or reasons, go to question two of the GAP questions.
If the answer to question two of the GAP product is yes, a condition is used with an associated reason code of GAP2 and it then routes to the next product or question.
