FSA Survey Questions

Create the required Demands and Needs survey questions here.

Note: It is possible to have multiple sets of questions based on Module / Company / Sales type.

Created questions are presented in the Demands and Needs survey dependant on the question routing.

Product

Module: Use the to select the required module.

Company: Use the to select the required company within the selected module.

Sales Type: Enter a valid Sales type, example R retail.

Note: The sales type only relates to Vehicle sales process, it is blank and non editable when Point of sale is selected in the module.

Product code: Use the to select the required product code previously created

Question sequence: Enter a unique sequence for each question within the above product code.

Note: For example, sequence 1 will be the first question displayed in the Demands and Needs survey. The product is then added into a product with it's own unique sequence. If the question is the first in it's sequence then that question will be the very first question in the survey.

Question text: Enter required question.

Example of question text: Do you protect you car with fully comprehensive insurance?

Answer type: Select from a pre defined list of options (Y) yes/no (Q) quantity (P) percentage (T) Text (E) Existing data.

Using a different answer type will change the Survey questions form so additional data can be used.

Y Yes/No displays a two radio buttons on the Demands and Needs survey.

Q Quantity display an extra box where the maximum quantity can be entered

P Percentage displays a value box on the Demands and Needs survey.

T Tex displays a free text box on the Demands and Needs survey.

E Existing data displays a series of fields that when entered correctly create a link to an existing data table.
