FSA Demands and Needs Survey

Surveys are a set of qualifying questions the sales executives are required to ask the customer before selling FSA complaint products.

A Demands and Needs survey must be completed for each customer before products related to a FSA can be added to an enquiry. There are numerous ways that the survey can be accessed. Generally a prompt in the Showroom enquiry process when a related product has been selected or manually from the tool menu of the final summary.

When using wizard mode, it is highly recommended that you pre-load the customer record at some point before entering the accessory selection form. Otherwise a message will be displayed advising you that FSA option will not be available. The user will not be able to select any FSA related products including finance schemes (with credit insurance) and will have to go back and add them after completing a Demands and Needs survey.

If you use the default finance schemes from the salesperson setting or salesperson setting, the same rules apply: until a Demands and Needs survey is completed only schemes without credit insurance and cash can be selected. When trying to select a finance scheme with a customer loaded and no Demands and Needs survey, a prompt is displayed enabling you to perform a Demands and Needs survey. Select cash to continue, either select cash only or Demands and Needs to perform a survey.

Select Demands and Needs survey from the menu tool bar at any point in the Showroom enquiry after a customer has been loaded.

A new survey will be displayed, based on the questions, recommendations and survey question routing previously set up.
