You can access the Salesperson Settings via the System Maintenance Menu within Showroom by selecting the Salesperson settings option. However, to be able to create or modify settings for a user, the Individual salesperson settings option must first be enabled in System Parameters. Thereafter, salesperson settings override the company-wide settings in System Parameters. For example, even if Backoffice mode is turned off in System Parameters, some users may still be able to use it if their Salesperson settings have been explicitly set to allow it rather than conform to the SR company default.
This form is displayed when you select the Salesperson settings option from the System Maintenance Menu.
