Transfer options is displayed when you select the Transfer option from the menu button from Confirm vehicle selection.
Transfer options is available when using MKV vehicle stocking, this will transfer options and costs to another vehicle in stock or to a default account held in System Parameters called transfer account on the accessory tab.

T: Option type, if a accessory is displayed the type would be a D and if a factory option a f
Tip: Vehicle price lines do not have a option type.
Description: The description of the option.
Sales type: This code indicates the source of the cost i.e. F for fixed or W or WIP.
Analysis codes: There are two analysis code records, one for New vehicles and one for Used vehicles. These records can be modified but not deleted.
Value: Value of option.
V: VAT Code.
VAT: Amount of VAT calculated by the VAT code.
Discount: Value of any discount on the option.
Cost: The cost price of the option.
Net profit: The net profit of this option.
Note: Click on the required option this will enable the radio buttons at the bottom of the screen for selection. If a Vehicle price is selected the buttons will stay disabled as vehicle price lines can not be transferred
Warning:Options can only be transferred onto another vehicles in stock if they do not already exist on the destination vehicle. Only one option line can be transferred at a time.
Another vehicle: Click on the radio button to enable the number box to enter a known stock number.
Stock: Click the radio button to enable the Transfer button and transfer cost to accounts held in the system parameters accessory tab.
Number: Enter the known stock number to enable the transfer button.
Transfer: Once a stock number or stock has been selected the transfer button will be enabled, click on to complete the transfer.
Tip: The option will have been transferred to the destination vehicle and made an entry to the Showroom log search. for both vehicles.
Buttons:
Cancel: Click cancel to return to the confirm vehicle selection screen.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
