FSA Recommendations Reasons

Reason

Reasons must be created first for each possible recommendation being made in the customers Demands and Needs survey . After which they are displayed on the duty of care.

Module: Use the to select the required module area.

Company: Use the to select the required company number, for example blank for all companies.

Product code: Use the to select the required product code for example GAP

Condition: Select from a pre defined list Standard, Personal, Ineligible or Not recommended. These codes relate to four of the tabs in the system parameters and together the description and the standard text will justify recommendations made displaying them in the duty of care section.

Reason code: Create a new reason code for example GAP1 or select from the if already created.

Reason text: Describe why this product code has been given this recommendation.

Example of an Ineligible recommendation text: To be eligible for GAP insurance the vehicle must be covered by a Fully Comprehensive Motor Insurance Policy.
