The Timeclock Devices form is displayed when you select the Timeclock Devices option from the WORKSHOP LOADING MAIN MENU.
Note: The Timeclock Devices option uses the standard AUTOLINE Database Maintenance program.
Clock id: Enter the unique code id for the timeclock. This is a numeric field between 1 and 99.
Tip: Click the Ellipse [...] button, adjacent to the Clock id field, in order to view / select from all the available timeclocks.
Kaba clock ID: for KABA clocks should be set to:- @@ GID 00/DID 00 (it is not advisable to use 00/00 as this is the default!) @A GID 00/DID 01 @B GID 00/DID 02 and so on
Clock location: The Physical location of the Time clock.
Data File: Enter the path and file name of the data file. This should be set to /usr/bcomm/data/booking.dat
