The Workshop Loading System controls allow you to create, amend and delete system controls records for the workshop loading module. This is normally carried out by, or on advice from, a consultant. Standard functionality exists that allows you to create and maintain records.
Note: The system controls are only accessible at priority 8 and should be changed with care.
There is one tab to complete, the Details tab.
To change the WL System control settings:
The WL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.
Select the System controls option.
The System Controls form is displayed.
Enter the Company identifier.
The settings for the selected company are defaulted into the form.
Make the necessary changes.
Click the Save button.
The WL System Controls form is displayed when you select the System controls option from the WL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu.
From the Details tab you can maintain the parameters that relate to .
EOD: When an option in Timed Ops requires exclusive access this parameter is set to true which stops users having access to WL clocking whilst the process is in operation.
Parts in use: Partitions in use is the amount of people using the WL file. When a user is looking at a screen is refreshed for taking too much time the partitions in use will reduce. (Default to zero).
Module: Always set to WL.
