This form is displayed when you select Prevent/allow access from the CM System Maintenance menu. It enables:

Text displayed near the top of the form indicates the Autoline module and company.

Status: A tick prevents anyone logging in to the module in the company concerned

When you tick the Status check box, its label is re-displayed Access prevented by... appended with your login code and terminal number. Users logged in are unaffected, but after logging out of the module, if they attempt regain access, a dialog box displays, on their terminal, a message that access is prevented. Conversely, when you un-tick the Status check box, its label is re-displayed Access allowed. Where individual access permissions allow, users are then enabled with read/write access to the module in the company/branch concerned.

Note: Access must be re-conferred from the terminal on which the prevent/allow access facility was originally run.

GRID:

Terminal: Numeric identifier

Location: Where the terminal is

User ID: The user's login ID

Access: The user's access type:

PUSH BUTTONS:
