Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Valuation Systems module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Valuation Systems:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Valuation Systems option and the Company you require.

   The Valuation Systems Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The CD SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
