Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Franchise Data module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Franchise Data:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Franchise Data option and the Company you require.

   The Franchise Data Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select the System maintenance option.

   The DD SYSTEM MAINTENANCE Menu is displayed.

3. Select the File usage statistics option.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
