Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Nominal Ledger module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Nominal Ledger:

1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select Workshop loading.

   The Nominal Ledger Main Menu is displayed.

2. Select System maintenance.

   The NL SYSTEM MAINTENANCE MENU is displayed.

3. Select File usage statistics.

   The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
