Checking File Usage Statistics

This option provides you with a report on the state of the files in the Stock Management module and indicates if any are becoming too full.

To access the File Usage Statistics in Stock Management:

  1. From the Autoline Master Menu, select the Stock management option and Company you require.

    The STOCK MANAGEMENT main menu is displayed.

  2. Select the System maintenance option and click OK.

    The SM SYSTEM MAINTENANCE menu is displayed.

  3. Select the File usage statistics option.

    The File Usage Statistics form is displayed.
