A Select Item From List dialog box is displayed when you select the Record analysis option from the CRM Sales Analysis Menu.
Company analysis: This option allows you to select sales analysis relating to a particular company. This will be the total sales analysis for all customers attached to the company selected.
Customer analysis: This option allows you to select Sales analysis relating to a particular customer.
Source of business: This option allows you to select sales analysis relating to either a particular source of business code or all sources of business.
Type of business: This option allows you to select sales analysis relating to either a particular type of business code or all types of business.
Sales executive: This option allows you to select sales analysis relating to either a particular sales executive or all sales executives.
Note: This dialog box allows you to select whether the sales analysis is taken from the Company analysis / customer sales analysis file (sanal), the Source of business sales analysis file (sasob), the Type of business sales analysis file (satob) or the Sales executive sales analysis file (sexec). Only one option can be selected from the menu.
The Companies tab is displayed when you select the Company analysis option from the Record analysis dialog box.
Record number: Enter the Company Record number of the Company you wish to perform Sales analysis on. Click the Exit button when the required Company has been found.
Tip: If you are unsure of the Company number click the button, adjacent to the Record number field. The search form is displayed where you may search for the Company you are looking for.
Once a Company has been selected, the further selection criteria will be exactly the same as for Departmental sales analysis, where you may select on departments, product groups and sale types in turn.
Note: The sales analysis provided will be limited to the particular company chosen.
The output routines regarding data and graphs are also identical to the departmental sales analysis facilities, except that the number of periods data is limited to twenty-four periods and does not include 'today only'.
The Customers tab is displayed when you select the customer analysis option from the Record analysis dialog box.
Record number: Enter the customer Record number of the customer you wish to perform Sales analysis on, or use the word search facility to search for the required customer record. Click the Exit button when the required customer has been found.
