This form is displayed when you click CRM > My desktop > Company > Company Options > Fleet Details > Web Defaults tab. The Web Defaults tab is used to define customer level defaults for the web quotations module. The defaults are set for the company that is generating the web quotation.
The following fields are displayed:
Web Fleet Manager User: Enables web fleet quotations management.
Web Quotes Company To Use: Quotation company in which the quote is to be generated. Fleet Quotations Company 01 may be the standard quotation company and this can be defined as the web quotes company or, an alternative web quotation company may have been set aside so that both sources of quotes may be held separately.
Web-allowed Finance Profiles: Selection of the
button presents a list of Finance Profiles. The finance profile displays the finance profile description and corresponding code (up to 10 characters), which is set up within Miscellaneous Options / Finance Management / Finance Profiles. A single-click of the mouse highlights and selects the appropriate finance profile to be used as a default for this company within the web quotation.
Web Area-Administrator's Email: The email address of an internal (to the leasing company) user who is to be informed when a quotation has been generated. Effecitvely, this user is a secondary recipient (CC) on the quotation email theat is generated to the customer.
Web Repairer Address Group: Address group of web repairer.
Web Supplier Address Group: Address group of web supplier.
Note: Address groups are codes of up to eight characters in length.
Web VRB Inclusion/Exclusion?: Indicates that the VRB (Volume Related Bonus) is to be used within the web quotation.
Web user grade bandings: Restricts vehicles according to web user's rental banding.
Web VRB view: Enables the selected customer to view or edit the VRB in the web default.
Web OTR Edit: Indicates that the company generating the web quotation is allowed to edit the On The Road price. This is typically used for brokers.
Display negative option rentals: Enables negative-number option rentals (instead of zero) to be displayed.
Web discount view: Enables the selected customer to view or edit the web-based discount.
Web Notes: A notes facility. These notes pop-up when a quote is generated by the selected company.
Web Effective Rental?: Effective rental (rental after the VAT is reclaimed) displayed within the web quote in addition to the standard rental value.
Whole life cost calculation: Calculated field shown on web quotation. Normally Standard Rental (S), Whole life cost (W), Rental including disallowed VAT (D), or Rental including all VAT (V).
Web Dealer Commission Edit?: Enables you to edit the dealer commission within the quote. The adjacent box enables you to set a % limit on the maximum commission.
Web fixed profiles: Prevents web quotations users from amending product elements.
