Quick Vehicle Search

The Quick Vehicle Search form is displayed only if a registration number has been entered in the filter on the Loan Vehicle Diary form.

The form displays vehicles that have not been created and are not displayed in the Loan Vehicle Diary grid. It allows a demonstration to be started and/or completed on these vehicles.

Matching Results

Note: Vehicles display in red if they are linked to a customer and black if they are currently in new or used stock.

Reg No: Displays the registration number(s)of vehicles that match the registration number entered in the filter option in the Loan Vehicles Diary.

Description: Displays the description of the vehicle(s) that match the registration number entered in the filter option in the Loan Vehicles Diary.

Other Information: If the vehicle is currently linked to a customer, the customer's details are displayed. If the vehicle is not linked to a customer, an indication of whether the vehicle is in New or Used stock is displayed.

PUSH BUTTONS:

Help: Displays this help page

Other: Enabled only if a vehicle registration number has been entered in the filter on the Loan vehicle Diary form and the vehicle details are not available on the Autoline system thus allowing a demonstration to be recorded against a customer.

Cancel: You are returned to the Loan vehicle Diary.

OK: You will be able to start and/or complete a demonstration on the selected vehicle.
